



Our Online Journaling Group. Meeting every Thursday 7:30-8:30 PM EST we will use this space to explore journaling prompts that will increase creativity, self-compassion, self-care and understanding towards yourself. We work according to the seasons so we will be focusing on prompts around Winter or “wintering” during the months of December, January and February. Make time for you. You can do as many as you want, or you can just attend one. This is about a structured time for you as we know how difficult it is to start something on your own. The Therapeutic Benefits of Journaling April 4th & April 18th North Bergen Public Library
Women’s Journaling Circle: Time for me. In this workshop series, we will explore therapeutic journal writing for creative expression and emotional well being in a small safe group setting. You will have the opportunity to connect with other women while connecting with your inner self. This will be a 4 part series beginning every Thursday, June 6th – June 27th from 7pm- 8:30 PM. Each week will be a different topic ranging from Self-Compassion, to healing our bodies, to Mindfulness to Releasing and letting go!
