Meeting every Thursday 7:30-8:30 PM EST we will use this space to explore journaling prompts that will increase creativity, self-compassion, self-care and understanding towards yourself. Make time for you. You can do as many as you want, or you can just attend one. This is about a structured time for you as we know how difficult it is to start something on your own. Women’s Journaling Circle: Time for me. In this workshop series, we will explore therapeutic journal writing for creative expression and emotional well being in a small safe group setting. You will have the opportunity to connect with other women while connecting with your inner self. This will be a 4 part series beginning every Thursday, June 6th – June 27th from 7pm- 8:30 PM. Each week will be a different topic ranging from Self-Compassion, to healing our bodies, to Mindfulness to Releasing and letting go!
